I'm at 190%, need help getting to 200%

I'll list the things I've done in a non spoiler way.
!: I 100% the main campaign
2: I Got all Gilded enemies
3. Completed the Index & Beastuary
4. Defeated the Machinist
5. Defeated the Secret boss
6. Fully upgraded my Stats to 500 HP & 50 attack
7. Got the golden statue
8. Powered down all BB bots
9. Got the Glitching into the file ending
What else is there to do?

Not to mention I've also Over-killed x5, and am going missing 10 achivements, including the achievement for completing the game & collecting all achievments

Got all of them. I've done everything, and killed the machinist 3 times, and I still am stuck at 190%
