I cant find second eye for frog meadow puzzle, i only found one at the begging of the snake

You need an item. Reread the inscription of the frog story and think about what it might mean about the treasure at the end of the snake

It mentions having buried it with its tail IIRC, you will get new abilities later on that will help you.

I've noticed that I often got to places massively out of order, and the game is not the best in telling you. Be careful of reading walkthroughs as it seems the game went through a lot of changes in the EA phase and lots of guides are out of date.
