Bug or unclear quest conditions? - all status effects at the same time

Maybe spoiler below:
There is this quest from the Mad Scientist, where he wants, that Ogu gets all status effects at the same time.

I got them but somehow it doesn't seem to count. So I wonder, if it's a bug or this quest required some special circumstances. I made a screenshot and uploaded it to the Screenshots section. I can also provide it again, if requested. Would be nice to know what went wrong.

Hi, I've checked the screenshots you uploaded. Can you confirm if the quest does not complete even when you speak to the NPC who gave the quest? It could be a situation where the quest completion conditions are met, but only the quest UI is not displaying it as completed. I'd appreciate your confirmation on this.

Yes, I can confirm that the quest does not complete even speakting with to the NPC. I checked it again after the Ocean Update. But still - unfortunately the quest fulfillment isn't triggered.

I uploaded a screenshot to show the dialog with the NPC. Unfortunately the question mark is still grey and the dialog with no context to the quest.

The quest is checked when you talk to the NPC, i.e., you have to be in the specific status effects when you interact with Mad Scientist. Kind of confusing though.

Ok, so I FINALLY figured this out. Not only do you have to talk to the mad scientist while having all of the status effects on, you can ONLY talk to him in the Adventurers' Camp. If you talk to him next to a machine that turns food waste into other meals, it will NOT work.
