Error Code: 0x00001338 (6036) N ( campaign mode )

Every time tried to launch the campaign the game crashed immediately after choose the difficulty. I tried many solution on the net like uninstall\reinstall the game, update drivers, update windows, delete cash files, turn off overlays, Delete ‘players’ folder change in-game vram usage but all did not work out.

I have the same issue as you, and I just bought the game yesterday.
I even download the game into two different PCs (same account), but both the same error code when enter the compaign.

i was thinking about buying this game but looks like its jsut as broken as the other 2.. But I fixed the error 6036 which was the same code as in Modern Warfare 2019 by downloading co-op dlc, but just in case try to download all game parts if you havent already

My issue only happend when go to compaign -> select difficulty -> loading -> crash.

also you can try to open a ticket with activation like i did

Same problem here including at MW, I already asked for the return of the first money for the second and I will ask for a refund again.

Last week, Activision let me tried a lot of ways to solve it, but still not improved.
They promised to back to me again. I will wait for days. If I have any update I will let you know this.

One attempt that I had a lucky 10 minutes of the game without completely crashing, was to completely disable the win11 firewall. actually the game worked for 10 minutes, but soon after it closed alone giving this error. The Strangest thing is the same error in MW1, MW2 in massive multiplayer mode in vanguard etc. some friends told me to revert to dx11, but even with that I had no success. and my config is a ryzen 5800 3d, 32gb, and an msi 3060 12gb. I have noticed for some time that some dx12 games have been buggy on both win11 and 10 for some time now. a game that I have a very similar problem with is red dead redencion 2: after a while playing it just starts to undo the graphics. In my humble opinion, it's a win10 and win11 bug with the games. And the most interesting thing is that in all these games I noticed the same problem the service stops being processed, there is no processor activity. Another thing that I noticed in a specific game is that the TPM greatly affects the performance of the snow runner game. after doing a TPM free install (apparently) with rufus, many games stopped crashing.

i think this is not a win error because i tried to play the campaign mode through the batel.net on the same PC and it worked good

so I have the impression that the steam version has problems. It may well be covers of that.
