Can not get the game to start

Anyone had this problem and mayb has a fix? Or mayb Ill just refund. I bought 2 cod games, one had black screen n this is the other. Luckily I got modern warfare to work but no such luck with this

I have same problem. When i start the game i get a second of sound and black screen game. Dont see the fix soon from them.. I will ask for a refund.

I have the same issue, is it getting suck in the Splash Screen?

I found My Bit defender was causing this

Couldn't start the game for a long time.
- Tried many ways (does not help): Windows 11/10, AMD/NVIDIA, updated everything.
- Then it started, after 1-2 minutes the game crashed (that is, it partially helped): turned off Windows Defender, checking game files in steam.
- Advanced (chance ~1/10): wrote the parameters in the properties of the game in steam

(in general, it's useless, I don't understand if they work or not)

One way from the Internet helped me in the end - this is "exclude unnecessary processes". In my case, the Cloudflare WARP client vpn program (also known as 1.1.1.1). When I deleted it - the game started working (just disable the program and stop the services - it won't help)!!!
