I'm familiar with Call of Duty being historically inaccurate in both its story and its gameplay, yes.
All that being said though, I don't really care about Vanguard being what it is since I never expected anything remotely close to realism in a COD game. That's what games like Hell Let Loose and Red Orchestra 2 are for.
Beta Male
Call of Duty: Vanguard presents an alternate timeline version of World War II. This explains why the roster is all encompassing of all nationalities (including German and Japanese) with no preset dress code banding together in a style similar to G.I. Joe.
If you read some of the bios (especially Daniel's) it mentions events after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Do I even need to bring up the final season which introduced a laser beam prototype weapon and brought back villains from past Call of Duty titles which were decades after World War II and into the future? How about the inclusion of Terminators and the PsyOps hitmen from The Umbrella Academy? Also for some reason Snoop Dogg was involved in World War II. Towards the end of the game's run they just decided to embrace the crazy and run with it.
Which is silly because the original CoD games (I'm talking about CoD 1-3) tried their best to be historically authentic and had none of this nonsense.
if its so disrespectful where were you in cod WW2 release? or the release of WAW?
Read some articles before typing non sense.
