Stuck at level 1 after prestige 1

After the first prestige the game keeps reseting my level of this prestige everytime I open it.
like I get to level up a bit until I restart the game then it resets my level to 1 again

Do you expect COD game to work correctly? This is the COD since 2019, total mess as a result of Warzone integration.

It's just a visual glitch on Black Ops Cold War. Play a match and you will see your real level. It doesn't actually reset your level, it just shows "1" until you play a match. You can progress and level up just fine.

also I have this problem that when I start the game are prestige 1 level 1, although it is not that I find much interest in increasing prestige, to see that I return to level 1 I find it annoying, I hope that those levels that I earn remain and increase in prestige anyway and not that I find myself perpetually prestige 1

i got the same problem here too , i got prestige 1 then play a game ranked up then after i reopen the game it get back to level 1 , if there is a solution or can we report this problem to activision ,

My level has never went back to what I got. I went from lvl45 to 1 every time I open the game
