hellish fps drops

I encountered such a problem as "prisoner 20-30 fps". That in the menu I don't see more than 30 fps, and in the game even more so (it drops to 15 fps). Two days ago there were stable 60-80 fps and I don't understand at what point it started to drop so much. what I need to do to return my 60-80 stable fps?
My configuration:
NVIDIA Quadro T600 8 GB DDR3
Intel Core i5-2400 3.10GHz

This CoD has ray tracing, so it's quite demanding. I dunno if that's what's going on, just throwing it out there. It's the most demanding CoD I've had due to the ray tracing and my 6700XT 12GB.

how to disable this ray tracing?

I would suggest overall just turning your graphics down, but if they're already decently low and you didn't turn them up before the fps drops then it's probably an issue with your computer. Personally the last time I had frame drops I unironically just had to clean all the dust out of everything and my issue went away. Could also be cooling, or a million other things. Either way, best of luck. Also ray tracing is in the graphics settings.
