For the first one you have to check the newspaper in your clues, the game highlights some letters on it in red. You have to reorder those red letters to get a name of a city. Then check the film roll (3rd clue) for that city and the four digits associated to it. Those 4 digits are the first code for the floppy disk.

For the second one check the note with the numbers on it. There are red and blue numbers.
If the blue numbers are 33, 36, 39, ??, 45 for example, the solution for the blue ?? is 42, because you always add 3. Same goes for the red ??, just look for the pattern. You'll get another 4 digits this way. Now back to the film roll and check for those 4 digits. The associated city is the second password for the floppy disk.
