No "prestige symbol" and no "visiting card" is unlocked, im prestige 18

In this game nothing is unlocked, not even the things you have achieved with the success of other call of duty parts (e.g. black ops 2 prestige master) does anyone have a solution for this? is the bug that the game is always on lvl 1 at the start and after the first game you are back on your normal lvl maybe not just a display bug?

Yeah, it's a known bug that was never fixed. The only thing you can unlock with prestige keys are weapon blueprints.
