Yes. I chose only four game modes and find a match in 30 seconds. If you choose Nuketown, it also finds the game almost immediately.
If you add other modes, maybe it will be even better.
Crossplay is on, I'm playing through Steam.

yes always active just as the same for pple still playing cod games from late 2000's.

Nope, don't buy this crap if you live not in US, it takes me 20-30 to get one game played
