How to download HD Game Textures?
In graphic settings there is an option to download HD Game Textures. However when I click it, it pops out Steam homepage and there's nothing to do with the HD texture.

you can download them by going to your steam library, right clicking on Black Ops Cold War > Properties > DLC

The box for HD texture was unchecked and I checked it. Downloaded over 60GB. But when I go ingame it still isn't working. Please check the screenshots.
