that's quite the contrast
if you have to compile shaders for an hour that means your cpu is very slow, even by 2020 standards right, that's why it takes so long for shader cache
you have a very outdated system and you're blaming the game
Youre lucky it even opens up on that setup. Its not the games fault lol, your pc just isnt up to the task.
I always find them to have technical issues since bo1
Bo1 and bo3 weren’t optimized good
Bo2 and Cold War have an audio mixing problem that can make the game sound quiet unless you turn up the volume on the computer and keep your headset at max
And bo4 doesn’t have a campaign
A good graphics card will not do all the work for you
