Cant stop stuttering any help appreciated!!!

7800xt
13600k
32gb ddr5

it stutters every like 5-10secs ive already tried turning down all settings and watched some stuuf and read stuff to try and nothing worked so far. itll be hitting a smooth 165fps and then all of a sudden jumps down to 80 for a split second and does it over and over. just bought this game today and it seems very fun but the stuttering is making it unplayable:( also it doesnt seem to tied to any in game occurences like explosions or anything, just does it randomly even when nothings happening even does it in the menus

nevermind. guess my computer was bugging cause i restarted it and now the game runs good

install older gpu drivers. I have amd and drivers version 24.1.1 works perfect

yeah hopped on today and it was stuttering again installing the driver update right now so hopefully it helps

installing to 24.1.1 didnt help im at a loss. ive never had an issue with a game like this before

i just tried deleting the shader cache and manually and reinstalling them to see if maybe the shaders didnt compile correctly and that didnt work either. frickin sucks. its basically unplayable as is and now im out $60

To fix Documents->Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War->player, open config file file and edit with notepad. Go to the bottom and it should say video_memory. Change whatever is in the " " marks (should be 0.8 or 0.9) to 0.65 and save then you're good to go
