Worked for me... at 2ª try.. after i made PC reboot too. Game Servers Crashed a couple times at first games... but now i would say its working 99,999% stable and as before. Thanks for sharing this solution (... that developers did not care to solve)

Etape 2: coller "download_depot 1985810 1985811 5380296931597271327" dans la console; cela va télécharger les fichier du jeu nécessaire pour le downgrade dans le chemain suivant : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\app_1985810

Etape 3: Quand le téléchargement est fini, copier les fichiers de C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\app_1985810\depot_1985811 dans C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War ( faite remplacer les fichier et pas supprimer )

Etape 4: Faite click droit sur le jeu dans votre bibliothèque Steam, propriétés, Mise à jour et sélectionner l'option pour mettre à jours que quand vous lancer le jeu.

Etape 5: Lancer le jeu et jouer !

Perso j'ai lancer le jeu depuis les ficher du jeu et sa fonctionne; j'ai pas essayer depuis steam
