Spam Activision like the rest of us. It's super frustrating. Obviously the steps they give you to fix the game won't do anything.

I like how they get probably about 100 tickets in which people say "hi, the multiplayer doesn't work since the update" and they still think it's the players fault... xD

I would highly suggest if you have Twitter to hit them on social media right now to try and garner some attention, as they are probably paying more attention to that then the actual support line. I messaged them and did a ticket so we'll see what happens.

this "update" is absolutely trash and is making multiplayer unusable to everyone on steam. i wonder if there is a way we can delete this update that got randomly launched yesterday and go back to playing
