but maybe check to see if you have Ray tracing turned on in the settings if you got a RTX card its enabled by default
8gb vram is not enough in 2023 for gaming. 16gb is minimum.
The rtx 3050 isn't a good card either. It performs worse than a rtx2060 and that card is 5 years old.
Try low-medium settings with dlss set to balanced or performance.
Make sure you aren't capping out VRAM or normal system memory.
DLSS will be your friend.
