Low FPS with good computer specs.
RTX 3050, i5 and 8 VRAM

I have my textures on low and i'm capable of running MWII perfectly fine with high textures and its not getting good FPS whatsoever.

i can't consider a RTX 3050 and 8GB of RAM to be a "good pc"

but maybe check to see if you have Ray tracing turned on in the settings if you got a RTX card its enabled by default

Thats pretty far away from a good pc my dude.
8gb vram is not enough in 2023 for gaming. 16gb is minimum.
The rtx 3050 isn't a good card either. It performs worse than a rtx2060 and that card is 5 years old.
Try low-medium settings with dlss set to balanced or performance.

3050 isn't a "good" card but it should be more than capable enough to run this game.
Make sure you aren't capping out VRAM or normal system memory.
DLSS will be your friend.

Im aware by now, I don't have enough money for a better card at the moment.

It runs fine with medium settings, it may be potato but it has the requirements to run most games.

Drivers are updated fully, issue has been resolved not too long ago. I forgot to mark Cghosts's post as the answer.

lets hope your pc now runs perfectly smooth now by disabling ray tracing and you have no more problems! plus check my profile for my pc specs if you wanna see mine lol

Yeah it does, I still get FPS drops however its much better than constant lag. Wish I had the money to buy a better PC.
