crash when reaching 3rd region on outbreak

Hi everyone, until yesterday game had no problems and no freeze/crash at all, but today after i reach 3rd region on zombies outbreak map it shows Fatal Error and ruins all the progress i had during the gameplay, i have latest updates for the device and graphic card and tried all kinds of in-game graphic settings from lowest to ultra, still couldn't fix it, i'd be glad if anyone can help me get rid of this stupid problem

so after testing on 2 other devices i realized the problem is from the game, although i can reach higher difficulty in public match, the solo mode for outbreak is absolutely impossible and won't let me reach level 3 difficulty, i just wanted to do some easter egg by myself but i think developers have problem with that, and i also verified game files, changed windows settings,power performance mode and deleting some files to download them again,i won't give a try contacting activision, the way they treat customers and players is worse than any other gaming company i've ever seen,welp no hope i suppose.
