Resets the level in multiplayer

Why is my level in the online game reset to level 1 after restarting the game? This problem appeared after level 55. For example, I'm playing a game right now, I get level 8 during this time, but after I exit the game and go back in, my level is reset to 1.

Got this the first time I played MP, even got a screenshot of the post match where it said I was Rank 6 and when I rebooted the game I was Rank 1 again... Now I'm Rank 15 and it didn't reset yet.

I have now upgraded my level to level 10 again, after restarting the game my level became 1 again.

I get this every day as well. After you play a match, it should reflect your true level. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

it only appears at 1 when you restart the game, once you play a game you get your regular level back, atleast for me. I hope they can fix it someday

its not if it was itd just appear not give exp back right?. because everytime i have to go into a game to get my level back and i earn like 2mil xp. then back at my normal lvl

Make sure your steam name is the same as your cold war name. I installed the game on steam and opened it and I had all my stuff and levels still from when I used it on blizzard.

I got this bug after getting level 55, before that everything was fine.

its a minor bug, just play a match and ur rank goes back to normal, it does reset when u close game down and rinse repeat. just like the master keys cant be used. it wont get fixed its an old game with no attention added to it anymore.
