checking files infinite loop pls help

just got the game and this is a new pc, any idea whats gg on

I’m having this issue too still found no fix for it

same problem, loads shaders but keeps me in an infinite loop of the opening cinematic.. Ive verified filed, uninstalled/reinstalled.. left it sit there for an hour hooping it will let me to the main menu.. but no luck. Im about to refund it cause i cant play it

i used vpn

I've solved it!
cmd run administrator

enter:
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset

and adapter settings, enter DNS:

8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

reboot

And everything is working now!

I made a quick tutorial on the issue, the method with VPN worked for me - at least for now. I hope Treyarch will drop a quick fix real soon :)

Run battle.net as admin and its fixed it for me.
