Yes. It's all linked to your COD account. Login at callofdutydotcom and link your Steam profile there.

i cant figure out how to get it downloaded. i bought the game on my xbox and my steam account is linked on the activision websit4e but i just can't figure it out, could you help?

It doesn’t give you the game title on stream you need to buy it there too. Basically you have to buy the game twice.
