Stuck In The Loading Cinematic

Okay so ever since I bought the game and installed it, it wont let me actually play the game it compiles the shaders and then just leaves me stuck on the opening cinematic. I have tried reinstalling the game and verifying the integrity but after I reinstalled it the second time it worked long enough for me to beat the campaign and then it stopped working next time I booted up the game it just kept me on the opening cinematic. I left it sitting hoping that I would load in but is just kept replaying the opening cinematic I also tried reading through discussions and looking online and nothing seems to work can someone help please?

Yeah, I'm putting comment here, because I have the same problem. Already reinstalled the game. but problem is still the same. I launch the game - it shows opening video and compiles shaders. Then nothing happens, I can just sit there and watch the opening video on repeat.
Can't even start single player, because there's no main menu! Anybody knows how to solve that?

Had the same issue. Re installed several times but no menu popped. Just infinite loading screen.

mine bounces from 1% percent complete to 99% complete on the load screen i have checked all drivers all files all connnections and im still having the same problem. my girlfriend is on battle.net playing cold war just fine.

NOTE I JUST INSTALLED A UPDATE AND I WAS PLAYING for hours BEFORE THE UPDATE 15min later infinite loading screen,,,

Haven't been able to find a solution yet I am about to install it to my other memory card and i'm going to see if that works I will let you guys know if it works

I have this issue too, just loops some cut-scene with no menus and no buttons work or do anything... damn annoying

alright so I tried installing it onto my different memory card and it still doesnt work lemme know if you have any solutions

My game is also stuck like this. I uninstalled the game after completing single player. After installing again 3 days back there is cinematic loop with no menu.
