Can't find a match, or takes forever

Am i the only one experiencing this issue? I've been waiting for a match for like 15 minutes now, and only joined a lobby once. (And it only had 1 person.)

Edit: It has been fixed for me now.

Same, I just bought the game 2-3 days ago and never found a match still. Kinda regret buying it.

The last update made this happen. I didn't had this issue a week ago... And I have this game since last month.

Same here I have this game since 2021 on bnet but lately cant find any lobby in EU if I wait long enough I can find matches with 150+ ping also crossplay is enabled

If there's anyone following this and having the same issue, go to https://support.activision.com/ban-appeal and log in. Check if your account is "under review" if it is, this is why you cannot find any lobbies. You've been shadow banned. Sometimes it happens because you're shadow banned in another cod, sometimes it happens because activision anti-cheat is ass, and sometimes you've been mass-reported.

open your Router's nat

No ban detected it somehow started working again fortunately I always had moderate NAT and no issue with that
