Can't find match

I can't find any matches on Multiplayer or Zombies.

Crossplay is on
Open NAT
No bans displayed on account
I'm in the EU

Any help appreciated

Firstly i recomend just wait, sometimes after 2 minutes i found full lobby.
Secondly you can change the map, on map die machine less people than forpost z for example.

I refunded because of this. And waiting 2 minutes or 32 minutes made no difference. I'd get a match or two then get kicked out and be unable to find anything.

0 bans on Activision account, ever.

what do you see in the data center section ? for me all the server ping are -1

Exactly the same. I never thought I'd be finding matches in Vanguard quicker than cold war

I have the game installed in another drive than C:, its obviously a network problem, but do you have the game in C: drive ?

It worked when i disabled family sharing :)

Here the exact same problem, can't find any matches and Activision support isnt helping either.

you guys probably got shadow banned for playing with hackers or just hacking. theres no in between. I was shadow banned for 2 weeks. I have a lot of pc friends and I never though they would be hacking or boosting but i guess some of them were hacking or boosting which got me shadow banned.

I'm not shadow banned did a check on my account and no bans active, unless Activision is holding something behind as i'm in contact with their support for weeks about this problem and its going nowhere.
