Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War

no people in multiplayer
Matchmaking doesn't work for me, it searches for games and can't find them, I've met the same 3 people every time I enter different lobbies, and we keep waiting for more people to come in to finally be able to play, I'll have an error, or is it because does the game have problems?

it will say "under review" when you appeal which means you're shadow banned, I got to play 1 game and then i got shadow banned, probs got reported because I guess i did better than other people? idk I wasnt even the highest scoring player, I downloaded the game quickly as soon as it released on steam so i was the only steam player in the game, idk if they thought that meant i was hacking and decided to report but yeah, im shadow banned regardless until activision reviews it and decides i did nothing wrong. You will only find lobbies with other shadow banned people which just so happens to be steam members. (also my logic in terms of thinking its because im on steam is because steam players have the steam logo, being the only steam logo and peoples unawareness of steam (people on console) they might think you hacked to get this special logo thing or whatever, this is just speculation.)

are you unbanned now or still waiting? I have the same problem (played 0 matches and got shadowban)

thats some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ answer honestly.... but i dont know why they cant just tell us when the case is closed or if youre able to come back and play online. this is pretty stupid.

Yeah that's one more reason to NOT buy CoD games 😛 Especially after how long it took them to finally come to Steam!
Me too but i never play any game, i stuck only in search lobby, only find 3 people in match
making but in steam it show about 1500++ player in game.

There are lots of people playing but probably outside of your region. Where do you live?
Might be a problem with Steam Connection.
I got the same problem with finding only lobbys with 1/2 people in it.

Yes i play in Asia but i think EU and US Still Playing this Game, I search in twitch or on Youtube much player they play from us and eu, i Refunded and move to vanguard the core gamemode still alive and much fun with great fps and no stuttering framerate.
I'm shadow banned in BOCW and Vanguard as well

i just got off shadow ban today. go and appeal that shadow ban try every 3 days so you can bring their attention to your issue. I hope it works for you guys. it took about 2 weeks until i got this shadow banned off my account. I believe its because you might have team members that are hackers or could of been with a hacker on the same team even if you don't know the hacker the whole lobby team gets reported and once the final report is done then activistion unban you or issues a suspension for giggles. remember to keep checking on the appeal on activision website and out your email and username. I got shadow banned through my ps4 account which I wasn't active for like weeks and some how I got shadow banned through steam which was weird because i never played on steam and i recently bought a pc from sky tech 3 weeks ago. I think when i connected my ps4 account to steam it made the shadow banned issue linked to my steam and xbox. I recommend not to link up any console accounts to steam until you check every account through activision that you are not shadowbanned first. here is the link to ban appeal this issue.
