no people in multiplayer
Matchmaking doesn't work for me, it searches for games and can't find them, I've met the same 3 people every time I enter different lobbies, and we keep waiting for more people to come in to finally be able to play, I'll have an error, or is it because does the game have problems?

Many people here including myself are finding matches no problem with the Steam version. How is it bugged? Do you have the proper ports open and did you give the game permission through Windows Defender?

I have tried everything; its the game and not me. Countless people I have talked too said the same thing and the one connection to them all was they were playing on Steam and not Battle.net.
Where have you talked to these people at? What have you tried? Because there are people all over this forum saying the opposite lmao

Same exact issue on Battlnet. Bought the game when it came out. My favorite all time top 3 COD game. I have put at least 170hrs on just Multiplayer but for the past 1 week I have not been able to get in any matches, not even TDM or any game mode.

It had been working flawless for years now I can't even get a match no idea what the issue is.

Works for me with crossplay on. Literally takes seconds to find a lobby and it’s different people every match. Try disabling crossplay and re-enabling it. You’re playing with steam/Battle.net/ps4/ps5/xb1/series/s/x people so you definitely shouldn’t have an issue finding a lobby.

bro... you're right, I have my account under review and I didn't know, until when will we have this problem? I was so desperate that I even refunded the game.

I just redownloaded the game and it still does the same thing. it could be my pc specs that wont make me load into regular lobbies. its annoying but yes my ports are open. i have a asus router and enable forward porting so my nat type is open. its a weird issue
Does the game have permission through Windows Defender? [/qlmaooooo im shadow banned for something i did i guess during my ps4 career. I never played call of duty cold war on PC ever. thats pretty crazy

I submitted a ticket, it says they'll get back to me in 48hrs. This might help everyone whos affected by this so here are the steps:
1. https://support.activision.com/options go here
2. Press Cold War
3. Windows
4. Gameplay
5. I can't find a match
6. Then click "Submit a ticket" https://imgur.com/a/jiIqYi1
7. Write about your issue, make sure to include your activision ID and your email just in case, so that there's no confusion.

I hope this helps anyone! I'll report back on what happens with my ticket and case and hopefully give you guys some more insight into it.

Its on my SSD how is moving it from a HDD to an SSD going to remove "Under review" on your account??? I have had it on my SSD the entire time, I only install to my SSD's. I have 3TB in SSD I have no need to use a HDD.

That's for people who aren't banned and are experiencing it. Going to Activision Support wont help you with that. You Appeal and you wait a week and that's it. Asking for answers wont help you. I had the same issue where it would just endlessly search with no outcome.

I moved it from my HDD to my SSD and never had another issue finding matches. Again; if you are shadow-banned then nothing helps you and that's up to Acti to unban (which will happen).

There's something wrong with the matchmake of CW. from the very beginning of purchase(2021) I experienced delay in finding match, or where only a few people in lobby.
However from a week, I am getting in match within 1 minute. I am from India.
I have heard CW match making is somehow ping based, like if you have lower ping, you will get faster matchmake, USA people have no problem finding match when I asked the same over reddit, but people from other regions having issue.
