Is this the latest CoD?

Haven't played in years. It was fun playing all the MP modes, but then they started releasing a new CoD every 6 months it seemed like and now I have no idea which is the latest game. Which one is all the PC/XBOX/PS people playing together on with the biggest population? This says it was released a few days ago, so this was just made or just released on Steam? So freaking confusing.

The latest CoD is MWII (2022). Cold War (2020), Vanguard (2021) and MW19 (2019) were just released on Steam.

They all have cross play enabled by default but it can be turned off.

MW19 and Vanguard may have the larger player base overall.

They release new CoD titles every year.

Since Modern Warfare 2019, all COD is cross play between console and PC players. This is Treyarch's latest game which came out at the end of 2020 on consoles and Battle.net PC launcher. Earlier this week, MW2019, Cold War, and Vanguard moved to Steam from Battle.net. The biggest population is Modern Warfare 2022 which is the latest game, but MW19 and Cold War have many people still playing. You can still find matches fast thanks to cross play.

As others pointed out the latest entry is Modern Warfare 2022 and it's by far the biggest population. But if you want to try these out they still have some people thanks to crossplay features.
Just don't bother with Vanguard cause it's one big ghost town. Also MW2019 is quite dead if you don't live in USA or certain EU countries (Great Britain, Germany). Cold War is still bursting with players luckily. Happy Gaming!

Not latest but one of the best CoD campaigns ive played and i have played a few.
Bot AI is awesome in MP, but plenty still actually playing MP.
