I've got it too. 40 minutes logged, haven't made it to the main menu yet. Tried verifying, tried reinstalling, tried restarting PC...

Could try manually deleteing the intro movie , see if that solves it , obviously a bug.

I've had this same issue. Try unplugging your controller if you have one plugged in. I have a dualshock 4 connected that was preventing the "Connecting to Call of Duty servers" dialogue box from appearing. Hope this works, good luck

ok the controller trick seems to work well...unfortunately even after completing all the logins and agreements and getting to the title screen...i then need to unplug every time i load

and all this days in...very close to the refund button Steam(!)

also tried disabling controllers (for me xbox) in the right-click context menu, no joy, need to be physically unplugged

I also discovered turning off DS4Windows will let me boot into the main menu while keeping my controller plugged in. Not sure if this'll help with an Xbox controller, but you could try disabling Steam input.

For DS4 users, my current configuration is Dualshock 4 plugged in, DS4Windows off but I've left Steam input alone. Disabling Steam input for DS4 didn't seem to make a difference either way and DS4Windows was the culprit. Since I play this game with kbm, having the controller unplugged doesn't make a huge difference to me but hopefully this info can help
