Shader optimisation stuck at 0%

I've tried waiting for about 15 mins but nothing happened, it didn't even load a percent of the shaders.

When i try to go into a game, it's very laggy and the game freezes a lot. It's unplayable.

I've tried reverifying the files but the problem still persists

I had to go to the multiplayer lobby area and it started to compile but took a long time even with a decent rig but worked great after

It just took me about 20 minutes to do that
