how to fix crash??

i cant play the game is just crashes when i launch it
the error code is 0x0 (0xC2143BD4) N
i tried so many fixes and none of them work :(

my game started working i just installed the newest drivers version for my gpu and installed everything for this game like high res pack campaign etc

They didn't fix Black Ops 2 and 3 to stop people from entering your PC and stealing your data, installing malware, keylog your system etc. for years. They sure as hell won't give a ♥♥♥♥ about this game now that people are buying it. You know what you get when you buy Trashivision games. Stop supporting them or stop complaining when you buy and get screwed over.
