But these romances are only available for the male main character. The female doesn't have any one.

What the blazes are you talking about?

The only fetish wear I've seen are on Digimon (e.g. Rosemon or Angewomon).
The humans were all dressed about like normal.

(Closest thing to offensive clothing on humans... was the color clashing of the Cyber Sleuth girl's outfit with anything else. (turns out, yellow stockings clash with everything)
