Unplayable due to poor optimization

I'm running on a 2060, which is above the level required to run the game on the page (says 10 series) but on the LOWEST settings, I can't get the game to run above 25 FPS.

There is absolutely no reason for it to be 2022 and not be able to choose resolution in a game, and I really don't see a reason why this would require so much graphical power either.

You're being sarcastic but I'm actually serious. Trying to play this game literally looks like my screen is being put through a blender because of all the screen tearing.

No, I can assure that it was not meant sarcastically. I took 2 screenshots and stopped playing right after because I had only 12 FPS on low settings.
