I heard something that if you have two Soul Weapons and the color of the one in Yellow is the missing one, even if you avoid fighting the light being... you will be confronted in front of the Cat God door and do the fight, then given the weapon.

So, apparently three runs isn't a thing most likely.

I had all 3 weapons on my first run, it just opens the door, nothing special.
