Need a help with God Machine's 3rd phase

Can someone give a hint about avoiding God Machine's 3rd phase random bullets attack (after the spiral non-RNG bullet attack pattern when you start this phase)? I honestly can't understand where I should stay. When I try to stay at the bottom of the arena it still feels like I'm at the mercy of RNG gods.
P.S.: Is it me or sometimes those hands appear after they shoot the bullet or bullets can just randomly appear without hands?
P.P.S.: Also can someone confirm that our hero's hitbox is located in the legs zone? It feels like those bullets from 2nd phase don't hit me when they fly through the head.

To beat phase 3 i just kept dodging bullets on the right part of the screen, and when red bullets appeared i randomly survived while standing close to bottom and a bit to the left.
Also i felt that hitbox is a rectangle and it feels like its located in legs up to the middle of head sprite

About that phase, I just moved in the bottom part, and tried to stay in one zone (either left or right) most of the times it worked.
And I kind of still did that strategy on the second part of the RNG
in that part when the lighting starts (after the RNG), I was moving up and down in the middle (horizontally) the right area:

i trying now for 6 hours. Phase 3 i cant still see the pattern. Phase 1 and 2 are easy to master. If someoine got a consistend pattern massage me.
