One Hit Kill Toilet?

This thing has over 23k health and a combo of 50 blue with a level 4 blue weapon does about 3.3k damage.

Is there a trick to this or...

If the toilet rolls 777 it will deal 7777 damage to itself. This can happen multiple times and it won't prevent you from getting the achievement.

Other than that - bandana can be helpful, with 15% increase to damage, as long as you don't get hit. You'll also need a much higher combo.

Do note I'm pretty sure you have to deal the final blow, so three 777 rolls won't cut it

You don't have to deal the final blow, I did one instance of like ~4k damage in the beginning of the fight cause I gave up on the fight, but I got 3 777s in a row and it still counted.

Just did 1 hit toilet. With the blue lvl 4 weapon you can one shot it if you collect around 140 blue notes

You find the toilet when you meet the Brown Wizard (yes, the same from the 1st game)

Yes it does not have to specifically be your 1 hit that kills it. Same thing for one hit kill Bobo, you do not need to do the final hit / actually kill him. The logic works that if you deal one hit during the battle, and the battle concludes, you get the achievement
