After a while though, all of the text disappears off screen with only the sound cue of text being the indicator that an option to keep going or load was present. It did reset me to the elevator as soon as I actively chose 'load', so if anyone else tries it, make sure you are clicking the 'stay' option each time.
I suspect there's something beyond there, but it will take a lot of patience if there's even anything there -shrug- I posted the question right around the times the dev team were responding to other threads, but mine got no response, so that's my only theory that this is a deliberate easter egg rather than a time waster.
Yeah, I kinda started figuring that it was more a game engine thing than a deliberate effect ( I've watched enough LGIO to know what falling out of bounds does to playermodels/UI ). Judging by the poor bloke who put in 3 and a half hours, I'm going to safely conclude that there really is nothing there.
