Can we get a 100% Dev savefile?

I managed to play through the game in one go and am trying to get all the achievements, currently struggling with a specific fight and could really use the bandanna which I missed. I really don't have the time or energy to go through everything again, and get gems for levelling my weapons just for this.

Some instructions on where to place the file would also be helpful.

u dont have to get bandana to get 100% tbh clover is better to have ur main talismans and yeah i dont even have bandana too

How did you get to lvl 15? I've done all content and I'm about 200xp shy of 14

You can keep farming EXP by doing repeated runs of Boatman 2, you earn 1,217-1,318 EXP, assuming no enemies destroy themselves onto the Boatman, and including forced Evren that occurs after Boatman 2. There's no victory screen, but certain enemies still give you EXP, which you can verify yourself by checking the EXP meter after the fight.

It's also possible by eating at least 3,518 Tomato Seeds before reaching level 9 (though I recommend more as a safety net as that value is assuming you miss no enemies, chests, or beneficial pettable cats), or by doing the second run that is initiated by only having 1 Soul Weapon at the Liminal Space (Cat God door).
