Basically you made Twilight Imperium Board game

And its not bad, Twilight Imperium is a great board game with a lot of fans. But as far sa demo goes - Nexus is boring as hell.

Rock paper Scissors combat is just not satisfying.
Pitch black background is just depressing.
close up visuals are nice, but since 99% of the time you playing at strategic level, it looks barren at best.

Hope to see improvements from now to release. It will be nice to have another demo closer to release.

I wouldn't say it's boring. It's missing some narrative. May be events at least will added later? Or some draft for specific (or secret) missions in the beginning? We know at least that more factions/leaders/techs will be added.

I think the game does have some problems, but I don't think what you put forward are the problems.

I think the fact that the game plays a lot like Eclipse Second Dawn and TI is clearly intentional. I am actually having a blast. I have been wanting an implementation of either of those games for YEARS.

Its trying to be Twilight Imperium. This means the other players are the story. They are the event.

It will be good but it will need microphones/Discord.

I like the rock paper scissors combat, especially since there's twists and variations (like the Spectre or Privateer!)

Idk ill be honest I am still learning this game and it not bad or anything, but it just makes me miss TI more. I kinda wish someone would make a digital version for TI. I would like TI:SA, but TI4 would also be ok (and im sure more people know what TI4 is compared to TI:SA).

TTS have TI4, you are welcome. Its not like Standalone game but its still good.

I know it has both TI4 and TI:SA. I play them both...TI:SA feel better designed, but it a fan made project. But I would still want to see a digital version one day.
