Hang on Authentication Platform

An unknown problem that not able to login play the game. While on other PC can login.
Even use VirtualBox can run the game, but back to the host PC, the game just hang on Authentication page. Reinstall Steam, delete cache, clear browser cache, also no solution to the problem. Anyone encounter this problem before?

Finally, see the announcement on server regrouping. Need delete this file, C:\Users\电脑名称\AppData\Roaming\sygame

的顯示隱藏文件
找AppData\Roaming\sygame
把sygame刪掉就可以玩了哦~~~
