The Afternoon time slot

So I'm on day 22 or so. I'm at a point where there's just a handful of dungeons left and there are still people I haven't hung out with. Do we ever get an option to use the afternoon timeslot for something inside Hinterberg?

Are there any friendships I can work on outside of Hinterberg?

There are occasionally times where you can interact with people during the afternoon. If you want to focus on interacting with NPCs, you're best off relaxing rather than doing dungeons. There's no time limit so you can relax as much as you want and engage in the relationship side of things.
