Game keeps on crashing before first mission (Windows 11)

I've been wanting to play the game for sometime now and the game keeps on crashing with the same Critical Error as follows saying the OS is NT 6.2 build 9200 (Saying that I have Windows 8), the CPU being a GenuineIntel PenitumPro -class processor @ 2505 MHz with 2047mb of ram and the error is saying it's a genuine protection fault. I believe that it might be related to the direct x version (Being 8) as Directx 9 games have issues on my system (Such as Gmod and GTA IV) or the fact that my game is outputting over 400 frames in the intro cards alone, since that would make sense for the game to crash. I've tried compatibility mode on the Ravenshield.exe (Being Windows XP service pack 2), and the game was at a windowed resolution, but I was unable to interact with it and the window border was the Vista/7 basic theme. I have tried looking for help, and could only find tutorials on how to setup the multiplayer (Which I don't want to do now). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
