Custom Maps all locked

I have gotten to the last level in regular difficulty and half way in veteran difficulty and yet all the single player missions in custom game are locked.

How do i unlock these maps?

You mean the maps from Athena Sword and the multiplayer maps? Did you install Athena Sword expansion? They should be unlocked then.

In console type "unlock all" the click on terrorist hunt or whatever. Do not put quotes.

I followed that tutorial to the letter three times but it did not work. Whenever I clicked on custom game I did not see anything but the two default options.
