Set RavenShield.exe to compatibility for windows xp service pack 2. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rainbow Six 3 Gold\system\RavenShield.exe"

Was actually just looking for this. If you run a program compatibility troubleshooter, Windows 10 won't find Raven Shield by default. The quotes are a pathway to get to the game, so the troubleshooter can get to work on setting up a light way to emulate the version of Windows it's meant for.

I apologize in advance in the event I get something wrong in my explanation. I'm not an expert.
