What are operative types and stats for
Hellp, I have like 40 hours into the game but I only used assault type operatives, and I barely see what are the difference between operative types. What does the stats for each people do ? Does sniper type operative have a faster time to be accurate with a sniper for example , I really don't see what those means. anyone to help me ? (This forum should be completely dead, but we can hope).

Assault is for aiming speed, but it does not affect sniper rifles, which are depending on sniper parameter. Demolitions and electronics are all about how quickly one can opertate with corresponding devices - setting breach charge, bomb defusing, or planting a bug for example. Keep in mind that situations in game where you'll be in need of a high electronics skill are quite rare, and then there's an electronics kit available for every operative to pick for a mission, so you can safely assume that this is the least important skill of all. Stealth is a measure of one's ability to move silently, leadership determines the response time of AI controlled operatives when you issue orders, though I'm not sure is this represent an individual value for a given agent or just describes (or limits) your ability to 'lead' depending on which op was chosen as a player's host. The last two skills, observation and self control, are specific AI parameters measuring how good an operative under AI control in detecting enemies and how patient he is to wait for a more accurate aim, accordingly.
And, by the way, you can always google any information you need for yourself if you feel like some forums are not alive enough for you (and not banned by a web search engine)

Wow, Thanks. Didn't expected a such accurate answer in a few minutes. Thanks a lot, i'll no longer choose my op randomly.

The only thing that affects switching time is armor, so the lighter it is the faster one can drag a sidearm or a heartbeat sensor, for example. Since there's no serious boost in protection from heavy armor in vanilla game, you can stick with minimum basical protection for your operatives and still be good.
