Problem finishing a mission

I'm having trouble finishing a mission, basically after winning the mission the game doesn't give me the reward for completing it. The screwed up thing is that if that happens, it crashes and I can't interact with anything else in the menu. This is what happens to me most of the time, sometimes if I get the reward and the game continues normally, only when the reward fails I have to close the game because I can't do anything else in the menu, does anyone have an idea? how to solve it?

Yeah some players had this and its rare for certain players.

What happen is the game failed to load the reward screen when you get the weapon because of that you can't interact with anything and you're forced to softlock.

Is there a way to prevent this? From my understanding when the devs tried to fix the bugs, many bugs only appeared on certain PC builds for players where everyone else don't get it. So the answer sadly no if this happens again.
