This is a bad game?
I'm having a blast, i love the character designs and the combat is fun.
When does it get bad?
Maybe it's not best to believe the internet all the time.

I like that you can't just hold down block. You actually have to parry every strike or dodge. So different in that regard than Ninja Gaiden, SW: Jedi Outcast, etc. I would say try the Training section and repeat that over and over. The mechanics are a bit diff. It's a parry parry parry parry dodge thing, not just holding block. And then the pistol shots are crucial. It teaches you to be aggressive as a defensive tactic. The feel is definitely meant for people who are vets of these games IMHO.

Also, I'm playing on hard. I don't see the point in playing these games on anything but hard but that's up to ya'll. The AI is pretty good on hard. I'm not sure what the differences are in the difficulty settings. Just HP and damage probably.

Bad is perspective. Some quote from some guy here"there is no bad product only bad price point". Paying $30 for 5 levels isn't exactly enticing. Plus apparently they reworked combat so you would have to look up how it played on release. Furthermore, In general most consumers don't like jank in their games unless its funny jank.

Many "bad" games aren't really bad. They are average. Which is why I which steam would give a better system then "Yes recommend" or "No recommend".

i wish it was like bayonetta 1, fluid gameplay not tank cause i end up having headache and arthritis my fingers can't move properly
Its definitely got jenk, but this game is solid fun tho. Reminds me of the PS2 days.

Its jank.

I just couldn't get past how awkward both the melee and the shooting feels.
