Another cool bit of trivia related to the casting: Stefanie Joosten (the lady who plays Vivienne AKA Quiet from MGSV) helped direct the voice acting and cutscenes, and also contributed to the character designs.

Characters are usually based on appearance and not on voice.
(unless you are Duke Nukem)

Her strong accent is referenced in the game as well. Sometimes her colleagues have trouble understanding her.
