Cant start new game?

I was able to get to the intro cutscene earlier, but now hitting new game puts me in screen where i cant get past. Reinstalling hasnt helped. Tested both on steam deck and my windows pc

Same, before that my save game would just let me advance the next chapter without any of the fights. I figured my save was corrupt, so I tried to start a new game and it's totally broken at this point

I sent an email to them in hopes that they will make a quick fix. However, I don't know what country they are in and they may be off for Thanksgiving starting tomorrow.

Hopefully they can fix it soon, it's a fun game. Maybe the fact they are not a US developer will mean Thanksgiving won't slow things down.

I got a reply from them that they are looking into it for us.

I sent them my save file and they were able to get it to work on their end. So they suggested an uninstall and reinstall and it worked. Since the save file is in a different location than the game, I was able to keep the save.

Thanks for the help, I had already deleted my saves and uninstalled. Since it worked for you I tried re-installing again and it is working now. Not sure what happened but thanks for posting. Have fun and Happy Thanksgiving
