SMT V:V is the one we probably know most about at this time. Though, from what I can gather so far it's supposed to be a bit more substantial than just an update with a few extras. SMT V:V supposedly includes the original story from the Switch release (which was really weak compared to all other mainline SMT games in my opinion) and a new version which will be vastly different towards the end.
While the original story was the weakest, it's iteration of the press-turn system was one of my favorites in the series. The exploration aspect was nice but it lacked actual dungeons.
I'll be picking it up, because I like the general gameplay of that game and look forward to not suffering the Switch versions fps. If the new story is any good remains to be seen.
Sand Land seems to be an open world action rpg with a focus on vehicular combat from what we can gather so far. The demo was pretty limited, since there was no story or any kind of progression, felt more like a tech demo. But from what I can tell from the trailers and the menus there will be a decent amount customization and upgradability. While the demo wasn't particularly hard, we don't know how things will scale and how much grinding will be involved. Could be a casual walk in the park or a complete grind-fest near the end.
I read the original manga and really enjoyed that back in the day. I'm curious how they'll integrate the original story and where it will go from there. Also reminds me of the PS4 era Mad Max game, which I greatly enjoyed despite its flaws. So I decided to also pick this one up.
Gundam Breaker 4 is the least known title. I know nothing of that game series. While I do enjoy me some Gundam and have a lot of the different series on blu-ray, the games have been so hit and miss that I never really got into them. The last Gundam game I bought was the Super Famicom fighter Gundam Wing - Endless Duel, which is bloody ancient by this point. (still a fantastic snes figher :) )
Since we don't have a release date yet, we don't even know for certain if they manage to release it this year, it might get delayed.
So, if you're not hellbent on getting any of the pre-order bonuses, I'd probably recommend waiting for the release of SMT V:V to see if the story is a general improvement. By that time Sand Land will be a known quantity as well, so you can make an educated guess if one seems more worth your money than the other.
