The Army Flask Owner is the Father of the little girl that asked you to search for him in the scrap city cave. Sorry I'm bad with names haha. You can give to him in Spino if he move out there and he will tell you about his past in the army.

thanks! found them all before except the army flask (is at mount lisab cave, owner is Hect part of side quest he can die/not come to spino so make sure NOT to take the money from him when given choices ) no achievement yet so more to find it seems

Time capsule is just on the wrong list. It is called “Forgotten Time Capsule” and was under Sand Land but I will move it to Forest Land. Thank you for pointing that out. I also don’t think the Letter to Knocker even counts as a lost property. But I included it anyway because everyone has been counting it as one just in case.

The only person I have found so far for the Dreamer's Pickaxe is Achall in Rianda Junk Market. Kind of bugs me because the description has "A... ar" or something like that.
